Reflecting Back

Twenty years ago, I started Urbane with a pretty simple goal; to design and build quality, bespoke homes that people would genuinely love living in. For me, it’s always been about the design, the detail, and doing the job properly.
One thing that’s never changed is how important the relationship with our clients is. Being part of someone’s home journey is a privilege – it’s something I’ve always taken seriously, and so has the team. From the first conversation through to the finished home, it’s that shared process that makes it all worthwhile.
Over the years, one of the most rewarding parts has been building the team around me. Watching their skills grow, their passion for design develop, and sharing this journey together. It’s something I’m incredibly proud of. A lot of them have been here from the early days, and they’ve played a big part in shaping what Urbane is today.
Looking back, I’m proud of the homes we’ve delivered, but more than that, it’s the relationships we’ve built along the way that stand out. That’s what really matters.
Looking ahead, we’re just as motivated as ever. We’ll keep evolving, keep pushing ourselves creatively, and keep focusing on what matters most – delivering homes and experiences our clients can be proud of.
