Led by our Founder and Managing Director, Steve Gliosca, our Executive Team brings together decades of experience in architecture, interior design, construction, and client care, guiding our wider team.
A registered builder, Steve is the driving designer force behind Urbane Projects. His expertise and knowledge of cohesive design and building processes is a rarity in today’s building industry and, coupled with his creative vision, ensures every Urbane home has its own, unique footprint and personality. Steve’s enthusiasm for design and his sense of refined elegance is evident in every bespoke Urbane designed home, crafted to his exacting standards.

With over 30 years’ design experience, Roberto’s passion for designing bespoke Urbane homes stems from his extensive experience in producing detailed curated designs for high-end, custom luxury homes. This sound foundation, coupled with his knowledge of construction, ensures Roberto’s curiosity for design solutions creates resolved, timeless and highly functional homes.

Sam’s creative flair is evident from the stunning interiors she helps our clients to lovingly create with our full interior design service. Graduating from Interior Design in 2005, Sam first worked in hospitality design before transitioning to high-end residential homes in 2011. A busy mum to two very active and adorable boys, Sam and her husband love enjoying delicious food and the odd glass of vino in their limited spare time. A Pinterest addict, Sam’s love of interior design and styling has seen her interiors featured in Inside Out, Home Beautiful and Adore magazines to mention a few.

Vinko has over 20 years’ experience in all facets of construction. He is responsible for preparing detailed costs plan estimates for every Urbane home and negotiates prices and rates with our extensive network of subcontractors and suppliers. A devoted father and husband, Vinko’s love of good food, family and friends captures the very essence of home which transcends his thoughtful approach to every individual client’s home specification.

Since joining Urbane in 2014, Marco has played a pivotal role in completing over 21 bespoke Urbane homes. A registered builder, Marco brings a wealth of residential construction expertise to his role at Urbane having worked as a bricklayer for 10 years before moving into scheduling and then a supervisor role. Marco’s quiet, conscientious approach combined with his understanding of construction principles ensures your new home takes shape under his watchful eye. A family man at heart he understands the importance of home.

Todd’s role has evolved from his initial appointment as a Contracts Administrator to his current role as Urbane’s Projects Manager. With over 15 years’ experience in estimating and project management, Todd is overseeing the construction of several high-end, multi-unit projects for the Developments division of Urbane. Currently studying towards his Diploma of Building, Todd has a young family, including the beloved family dog, Olive, and they enjoy time in the Southwest sampling the many wineries on offer.

With over 25 years of experience in the finance world, Kerry has a talent for simplifying complex financial concepts and helping teams make smart, data-driven decisions. She manages everything from budgeting and forecasting to long-term financial strategy. Before joining Urbane, Kerry spent a decade in the sports industry with Basketball WA. Prior to that, she was based in Sydney, working with Paramount Pictures for 15 years. As the Film Accounting Manager, Kerry led the budgeting process and played a key role in the film acquisitions team, securing rights to both local and international films. When she’s not crunching numbers, Kerry enjoys traveling and is always up for new adventures.
