Set high on a hillside with stunning river and city views, this home combines street appeal and elegant design.  Designing this home as a split-level home, the clients have been able to take full advantage of the natural slope of the block.  The result provides a sunken lounge feel to the inviting family room, opening onto the alfresco, fully equipped with a pizza oven and a backyard designed with their active young family in mind with a pool and a multi-sports court ideal for basketball, soccer or bocce.

To accommodate the client’s love of cooking and entertaining, Urbane designed the heart of the home to showcase a spectacular quartzite stone island with intricate green veining. Lido turned out to be a beautiful, light-filled family haven, finished to a standard worthy of its prestigious address – and set for many more big Italian dinners to come.

Designed as a multi-generational home, Trigram masterfully balances privacy and connection. The middle level serves as a communal space, encouraging shared moments, while the upper and lower floors offer quiet retreats. 

Achieving river views from the ground floor was a significant design challenge that our team met with precision, ensuring every level embraces the surrounding beauty. Transparency defines the architecture – rooms are open, light-filled, and positioned to maximize the vistas. A refined palette of light render and soft timber tones enhances the home’s warm, modern aesthetic.
